Refunds - In the case that you qualify for free shipping the shipping cost will be deducted from your order.
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery within South Africa, however we will endeavour to get it to you in less time wherever possible.
Unfortunately delays might be experienced due to COVID-19. We will endeavour to keep you updated if any delays are expected.
International orders - please allow approximately 24hrs to determine shipping costs. Costs vary according to the country it is being sent to and according to weight of package. International shipping times will be determined at confirmation of order. This is usually within seven working days , but is ultimately dependent on final destination. Unfortunately delays may be experienced due to COVID-19. We will strive to keep you updated if any delays are expected.

We must be notified of all returns and/or exchanges within 2 days of customers receipt of delivery. Returns must reach us within 10 days from date of customers receipt of goods .

Damaged items:
All items are checked before shipping.

Please notify us about damage on date of receipt , or we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Please read care instructions. If item is damaged due to incorrect care we cannot provide a refund.
